SALES ENGINEER
Our client, a leading distributor of high tech factory automation hardware and software, is seeking an experienced sales professional to join their growing team in the Albany area. The ideal candidate must also possess the following credentials:
* A thorough working knowledge of industrial controls and factory automation technologies as they relate to industrial applications. (Sensors, controllers, operator interface hardware and software, motion control, machine safety equipment, etc.).
*Territory and account management resulting in consistent sales growth.
* Minimum of 5 years success in selling applied products and closing business independently.
* Experience cultivating relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.
* Complete familiarity with Albany and surrounding areas.
* Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Experience with CRM system a plus.
* Engineering Degree preferred (E.E. or M.E).
